I understand that there are no refunds once the scheduling has begun. I also understand that Court Time Sports Center has a zero tolerance policy on sportsmanship for coaches, players and spectators and as head coach I will enforce this policy. I understand that a signed Release of Liability/Waiver Form is required of all players participating in this event and it is my responsibility to have these forms signed and returned to the Court Time office before my first scheduled game. I understand that my team/players must have their own insurance coverage to participate. On behalf of my team, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless, Court Time Sports Center, LLC, its instructors, members, directors, agents, officers, volunteers and employees, any sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises, on which activities take place, from all liability, claims, demands, losses or damages on my account or my teams account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasee or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations; and I further agree that if, despite this release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement, I or anyone on my team or my behalf, makes a claim, I will indemnify, save and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability damage, or cost which may incur as a result of such claim, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
